Q: Which country do you shipped to?
A: We ship worldwide! You will find your shipping charges based on your shipping country at the check out page. Visit HERE for more details

Q: I was charged by the customs. I want a refund.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
 
Q: Which courier company do you use?
A: We use various courier companies to ensure all parcels arrive on time.  Tracking number will be provided the next day we processed your order together with a tracking link. Customers are not allowed to pick which courier company to be used.
 
Q: When will I receive my parcel?
A:
Local & Singapore orders
- Within the next working day --> Klang Valley area 
-  Within the next 2 working days for area out of Klang Valley & Singapore;
*PROVIDED THAT ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12PM DAILY)
 
Other International orders - 5-15 working days. 
Tracking number will be sent the next working day we shipped out the parcel.
 
Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
A: If you checked out as a member, you may find your tracking number in your order history. Simply log in into your account and refer to the order that you would like to track.
 
Q: Has my order been shipped out yet? 
A: Your order will be processed the next day upon order placement. We will then send all orders out the same day or next day depends on order queue. Rest assured that you will received your parcel within 3 working days (local orders) & 5-15 working days (international orders).
 
Q: How do I add/change the items in my order or my shipping details after order is placed?
A: Please note that no changes can be made to the order nor delivery address after the order has been placed.
