Shipping Destinations

We are based in Malaysia and ship to both local and overseas addresses.

Shipping Time 

Upon receipt of payment, order confirmations will be sent via email. Subsequently, orders will be mailed out within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and a separate delivery notice will be sent via email. Otherwise, notification with the relevant details will be duly accorded.

Shipping Mode

All orders will be mailed out through Pos Laju.

Local shipments can be via either mode. For Pos Malaysia, there is the option of either Pos Laju or registered mail. For registered mail, a tracking number will be provided within the delivery notice for customers to track the delivery status. As Pos Laju, shipments are made directly to the shipping address and the service is similar to Pos Malaysia registered mail (http://www.pos.com.my). 

Overseas shipments will be mailed out strictly via Pos Malaysia registered mail.

We strongly recommend registered mail for security reasons.

 
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are dependent on the shipping mode selected and the number of items ordered. This will be calculated and displayed to customers before making payment.

 
Shipping Failure 

In the event that items are returned to us by Pos Malaysia as a result of  incorrect addresses, unclaimed items or any other reasons, we will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery. However, the additional  shipping charges will be imposed on the customer.

 
Return of Defective Items

All our products come with 7-day warranty from the product delivery date.

Please email defective items in their original condition to us at essential.beautyhouse@gmail.com,  indicating your order details. Upon verification of the item’s condition, we will process the exchange/refund accordingly. However,  kindly note that we will not be held liable for return items that are lost in mail.
